Featuring Special Guest Speaker: Reggie Fullwood, President & CEO of Operation New Hope

The Transportation Club of Jacksonville is proud to welcome Reggie Fullwood, a dynamic leader and champion of second chances, as our featured speaker on July 10th. As President and CEO of Operation New Hope (ONH), Reggie leads one of  most respected workforce development and reentry organizations in the US —providing life-changing support to returning citizens and underserved populations through job readiness training, wraparound services, and community reintegration.

With over 25 years of experience in workforce development, Reggie has helped Operation New Hope build a strong reputation for supplying quality, job-ready talent to employers across Florida—including companies in the transportation and logistics sector who are in urgent need of reliable, motivated workers. Under his leadership, ONH has expanded to six Florida cities, connecting thousands of individuals to meaningful employment and helping reduce recidivism statewide.

During this event, Reggie will share how the acclaimed Ready4Work program is preparing individuals for success in the workplace—and how your company can partner with ONH to tap into this skilled and overlooked talent pipeline.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from one of Florida’s leading voices in workforce innovation and criminal justice reform—and learn how second chances can create real value for your business and our community.

Please join us as we welcome Reggie to the Club on July 10th!
